Case 3: 44-year-old male with severe neck pain and stiffness. This patient was an athlete riding his bike 3 hours per day and stated he would have neck pain throughout the his activity. He suffered from chronic pain for more than five years.

Began treatment 12.29.06: The x-ray on the left below shows a severe anterior head carriage of 47 mm. (Normal is 0 to 10 mm) and a loss of the normal cervical curve (a normal curve is 63 degrees).

Re-exam on 4/9/2007:  The x-ray on the right shows the anterior head carriage angle at 25 mm (Normal is 0 to 10 mm) and he reports that he has not experienced any neck pain when riding his bike.
