Case 2: 28-year-old male with a history of neck pain with numbness to the hands. He also complained of mid and low back pain. MRI revealed disc herniations at C2-3 and C3-4 along with disc bulges at C4-C5 and C5-C6.

Began treatment 2.6.06: The x-ray image on the left below, reveals a moderate to severe anterior head carriage of 36 mm forward (Normal is 0 to 10 mm).

Exam on 6/25/2006: The x-ray on the right shows the anterior head carriage angle at 13 mm (Normal is 0 to 10 mm) and he reports that he has not had any more neck, mid or low back pain or numbness since mid may. He has returned to all normal activities and sports. He also notices more flexibility and no more morning stiffness.
