Case 1: 64-year-old male with a history of chronic neck pain of more than 30 years. He suffered with chronic neck stiffness and a decrease of ranges of motion in the neck of more than 50% in all planes of movement.

Began treatment 4.6.05: The x-ray on the left below shows a severe anterior head carriage of 35 mm. (Normal is 0 to 10 mm).

Re-exam on 6/31/2005: The x-ray on the right shows the anterior head carriage angle at 20 mm  (Normal is 0 to 10 mm) and after 2 months of therapy he reported that his neck pain was gone.
